As SSTTEK Academy, we attended the Second Employment and Career Fair and Summit organized by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality on 8-9 December, which aims to promote professional network building with various companies and NGOs and provide employment opportunities and career development. During our stay at the fair, we also had the pleasure of visiting SistersLab – Association for Women in Science and Technology’s booth, which is our partner in the Project for Empowering and Enabling Employment for Junior Software Developers Affected by Disasters. We express our sincere gratitude to SistersLab – Association for Women in Science and Technology, who graciously hosted us at their booth and created a space for informative conversations and interactions with numerous exhibitors.
The Employment and Career Fair and Summit provided a valuable platform for networking and allowed us to share our passion for education, employment and social development. Meeting hundreds of participants reinforced our mission of collaboration to contribute to the careers of individuals and bring them together with opportunities in line with their talents. In order to help the dreams of our young generations come true, we are moving forward with our future steps with a collective approach, starting from ourselves.
