SST-TEK Gen Fellowship Program

The SST-TEK Gen Fellowship Program is designed to empower the next generation of leaders and innovators in the rapidly evolving world of technology. Aligned with our vision to nurture the architects of the future, this program equips participants with the skills and mindset needed to make a lasting impact in the technological landscape.

Over the course of five months, final-year university students engage in a comprehensive development journey that bridges the gap between academia and the professional world. The program fosters innovation, leadership, and adaptability, preparing participants to navigate the dynamic challenges of business and technology with confidence.

Through personalized mentorship and a forward-thinking curriculum, we help young talent unlock their full potential and develop the competencies required to lead in a technology-driven future. The SST-TEK Gen Fellowship Program not only addresses the demands of today but also prepares participants to excel in shaping the world of tomorrow, both personally and professionally.

  • Training from Industry Leaders: You will have the opportunity to receive one-on-one training from experienced experts in their fields.
  • Orientation and Core Training: You will get to know SSTTEK and our Buybase project more closely, gaining in-depth knowledge about our corporate culture, values, and business processes.
  • Monthly and Weekly Learning Sessions: You will gain training across diverse disciplines, providing insight into industry best practices and emerging trends. These include Front-end and Back-end Development, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, UI/UX Design, Digital Marketing, as well as specialized learning opportunities through the SSTTEK Academy and career development programs.
  • Mentorship Program: Each participant will be paired with a dedicated mentor to provide personalized guidance throughout their career journey. Through monthly mentorship meetings, you will receive valuable insights and support tailored to your goals. Additionally, reverse mentoring sessions will create opportunities for mutual learning and experience sharing, fostering a dynamic exchange of perspectives.
  • Hands-on Project Experience: You will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice through monthly projects and assignments, allowing you to reinforce your learning and gain hands-on experience. The program culminates in a hackathon or final project, where you can showcase your skills and accomplishments to peers and industry professionals.
  • Financial Support: As part of the SST-TEK Gen Fellowship Program, you will receive monthly financial support, providing you with the stability to focus fully on your growth and development throughout the program.
Program Duration and Fellowship
  • Duration: January – May 2025 (5 months)
  • Financial Support: Selected students will be provided with a monthly fellowship.
Who Can Apply?

The program is open to senior university students. While priority will be given to those pursuing disciplines aligned with the needs of SSTTEK’s diverse teams, applications are welcomed from students of all academic backgrounds.

  2. Evaluation Phase: All applications will be assessed based on talent, academic performance, and motivation.
  3. Interview: Candidates who pass the initial evaluation will be invited for an interview.
  4. Announcement: The SSTTEK Gen Fellows will be announced after the interviews.
